Alsvit, became the Real Estate arm of Hipoges group in Greece, and currently is a leading provider of Real Estate services to Greek financial institutions, international investors, and servicers, from asset valuation and pre acquisition support, to full sale preparation and execution. Alsvit has a long track record in preparing for sale Real Estate assets that have been taken over by financial institutions and investors, through legal enforcement or amicable settlement (REO management services). With two main offices in Athens and Thessaloniki, and activities across Greece, Alsvit operates an effective in-house team combining lawyers and engineers, experienced in resolving the complex REO legal, urban planning and technical issues for all types of RE assets that efficiently moves them to the market through its specialized sales team. Alsvit additionally maintains a Construction arm and has constructed or refurbished hundreds commercial and residential buildings, including a large number of Branches for Greek banks.
